It really is fun to see Jill and her family (minus Jake this time, unfortunately), but the circumstances were less than stellar. A trip to visit a doctor in Heber led to a stay at Primary Children’s Hospital for little Ava. I’ll spare you the details, but doctors are looking at her heart, stomach, throat, skull, and blood oxygen levels. It was pretty sad to see her in her hospital gown and mask, because she is such a sweet and well-mannered baby.
Grace and Torrun seemed perfectly happy to stay with their grandparents (Ken and Francie also came) and cousins, and their “aunt grandma” Cheryl. It has been a while since we have had babies around, since the youngest member of this family is turning 5 soon, and the second youngest just turned 9. I was able to get a few fun photos of these cute girls, to remember this trip. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, they were all smiles and hugs!!
Robb and I were married in December 1995. Three kids and 19 years later... we have a home in the suburbs, and we love being near our family on both sides. Keep up with our successes and failures, our struggles and triumphs, and the joy of raising our children on this little blog.
